We love amsterdam!  We love Kleine Fabriek!  Nice trade fair!

ENVELOPE 1

 

Living in high-tech times and thanks to Internet speed we decided to send a message in a bottle to several stores. Inside the bottle they could find a map with directions to our stand at Kleine Fabriek. Everything was inside envelope number 1(sewn by us!! tiring!!)

Minidunadu hangers

Minidunadu is definitely a challenge. Having your own brand does involve some pitfalls to be overcome (not taking into account financial problems, working hours, family's upset faces...)

Let's see, how to nicely exhibit a bikini, a swimsuit, a culotte….? No hangers available!... I swear!! We searched everywhere for a decent hanger without any result. Oh well! I guess we'll have to make our own ones! And so we did!

We worked with different types of materials by creating wire, wooden or cardboard prototypes... And in the end we went for DM, which works fine for Minidunadu look. We designed four different models to exhibit varied types of swimwear. And this is the outcome. Amazing, right?

Spanish Brands

 

I would have liked to meet the Spanish brand “Noñoño”.  I had heard about "Noñoño" before, of course, but I didn't have the chance to talk to them.  Ata and Annika.  Nice people!!! And funny, really funny!  They make happy garments in a good mood.  I love the body " bonito" ...plenty of bonito fish!!!!  And the book?  Believe me, if you want to have a good time you gotta read it!!!  I guess you will say:  yesssssss!  You were right!!! hahaha!

And we also loved to share experience with the Little Creative Factory's girls. Esther and Cristina are lovely and we admire their energy and complicity too.  Cristina!  I have pictures in Bubble London thanks to you!!!

We are happy because we will see them again at LITTLE BARCELONA, 15th & 16 th July.  I'm sure we'll have fun moments there.

BUBBLE LONDON

 

It's really complicated to express our experience at BUBBLE LONDON in just a few words.  It was our first Trade Show.  Two intense days with a lot of contacts, bussines cards, smiles, press, blogs... We had worked so hard for it!!!  The curious anecdote is that we sold to China and they didn't want the product to be manufactured there!!!They were looking for European garments. Wow!  I guess things have changed!
